LICENCE TERMS

You agree to the following:

Licence Grant: You may use our content for teaching and educational purposes only.
No Resale or Redistribution: Do not share, distribute, or sell content to others outside your institution.
Intellectual Property: Learnbylayers Ltd owns all content. No ownership is transferred to you.
Proper Use: Use content responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with our full Terms.
Termination: We may end your licence if these terms are breached.
No Warranty: Content is provided as-is. We do not guarantee it is free from errors.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Refunds: Digital resources may be refunded within 14 days if not downloaded. Subscriptions and courses may be refunded within 14 days upon request.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify Learnbylayers Ltd against any costs or losses arising from your use of our materials.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you hold a Teacher Membership, Annual Pass, or any plan (Basic, Essentials, Pro, or Ultimate), you agree that:

Your membership is personal and non-transferable. Do not share your login credentials.
Access to updated materials, downloadable resources, and online courses is only available during an active membership.
If your membership expires and is not renewed, platform access will be removed. Materials already downloaded may be kept for personal educational use.
Renewing your membership restores full access, including any new or updated content.
Annual membership fees are non-refundable after 14 days or once access has been used.

If your school or institution holds a Lifetime Licence, you agree that:

The Lifetime Licence is a one-time purchase granting permanent access to content within the licensed subject area(s) at the purchasing institution.
You will receive all future updates, downloadable resources, and online courses at no additional cost, for as long as the licence remains active.
The licence covers only the purchasing institution and named department(s). It cannot be shared with other schools or organisations.
Misuse or breach of these terms may result in the licence being revoked without refund.
Learnbylayers Ltd retains ownership of all content accessed under this licence.

You are responsible for determining whether our resources are suitable for your specific course, qualification, or student needs.
We cannot guarantee the suitability of resources for particular courses or qualifications.
We do not guarantee results or the impact our resources may have on student grades or assessments.

If your school or institution subscribes to Studylayers:

Your institution is responsible for managing user registrations and ensuring only authorised staff and students have access.
Do not share subject links, login credentials, or platform content with individuals outside your institution.
If a subscription is not renewed, access will be suspended and data may be permanently deleted after 30 days.
Files and resources may be uploaded to a secure, password-protected VLE or internal network for student use within the purchasing institution.
